Eric Delage CPP

President Founder

Eric Delage, CPP®[1] has over 28 years in the private sector and federal public service experience in the areas of enforcement, corporate services, emergency and security management.  Self-starter, Eric has efficiently delivered on multiple large scale projects for private sector and federal government clients. He successfully provided risk management services, gap analysis, internal reviews/audits, project management, policy development, training, emergency management and conducted a myriad of investigations.

During his 17 years’ tenure within the federal government, Eric held Executive and Program Management positions where he developed comprehensive strategic initiatives and frameworks that were of fundamental importance to some Government of Canada organisations. He also participated in the review, update and development of over-arching Treasury Board policies and standards either directly or through committee work. Eric developed and delivered countless training sessions on employee protection, the conduct of investigations, interviewing techniques, fundamentals of security, health & safety and fire protection. Additionally, he has extensive experience in developing and implementing policies, business processes, procedures and incorporating related change management strategies.

Fluent in English and French holding an EEE-level federal government designation in French and English, Eric has mastered people and resource management practices.

[1]  A Certified Protection Professional (CPP)® designation provides demonstrable proof of knowledge and management skills in seven key domains of security. Those who earn the CPP are ASIS board-certified in security management and their designation/ certification is recognised world-wide.


Margaret Pearcy APR

Associate and Senior Communication Advisor

Margaret Pearcy, APR[1] has been working in the field of communications and public affairs for more than 30 years.  She was the Director of Communications and Consultations for Canada’s federal banking regulator, the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI), from 1999 until June 30 of 2016. She held a similar position at Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation, a federal Crown Corporation, from December 1991 until July 1999.  In 1988, she opened the Ottawa office of one of Canada’s largest and most successful communications consulting firms, NATIONAL Public Relations. Before NATIONAL, she worked for Canada Newswire and the Canadian Association of Broadcasters.

Margaret has wide-ranging experience in developing and implementing communications plans for internal and external audiences. Fluent in English and holding a C-level federal government designation in French, Margaret has extensive people and resource management practice and is familiar with Treasury Board policies and procedures pertaining to communications and  human resources.

Margaret is an accredited member of the Canadian Public Relations Society and has served in a variety of volunteer capacities at the national and local levels since joining CPRS in 1979, including two, two-year terms as president of the local Ottawa/Gatineau chapter, chair of the national awards program and examiner for the national accreditation program.
